For this installation at Agnes, we designed contemporary arrangements that suited the restaurant’s industrial architecture and intimate atmosphere.
The colour palette combines rich crimson reds, deep burgundy tones and crisp whites to create a sophisticated yet welcoming setting.
The design features:

- Red gerberas displayed individually in modern black stands
- White lisianthus
- Burgundy snapdragons
- Cascading hanging amaranthus

Rather than using one large arrangement, the flowers were spread across the length of the table using individual statement stems and clustered centrepieces. This creates movement along the table while ensuring every guest has something beautiful to look at without obstructing conversation.
The contrast between the black candle holders, dark timber table and vibrant flowers creates a timeless look that works perfectly within Agnes’ warm industrial interior.
