As a Florist at Stem Design, you will be an essential part of our dedicated team, bringing to life beautifully designed floral arrangements for weddings, Events, and Corporate Functions. Operating within a collaborative work space, we prioritize fostering positive relationships with our team members. Your expertise in floral preparation, coupled with an eye for detail, will be pivotal in ensuring that each arrangements aligns seamlessly with Stem Design’s brand and design standards while catering to the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and assemble floral arrangements following Stem Design’s design specifications. Showcasing your skills in handling various flowers, foliage, and plants to create high-quality designs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all floral elements to guarantee freshness, quality, and compliance with Stem Design’s standards, ensuring consistency in appearance and overall presentation quality.
- Manage inventory of floral supplies, purchasing, and coordinating stock based on production requirements.
- Communicate effectively within the team to understand project requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Demonstrate courtesy and consideration when interacting with clients and team members within the workplace.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean working environment with the mentality of ‘Clean as you go.’
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of floral experience.
- Knowledgeable with various flowers, foliage, and plants, with proficiency in handling and preparing.
- Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly practices in the floral industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting the production and installation of floral arrangements.
- Adaptability to various production/installation demands and timelines.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Drivers Licence
